Electron Microscopy

This platform offers electron microscopy and analysis services to research groups within the institute as well as to the external users. It provides a TEM (JEM-2100F UHR) equipped with a 2k x 2k CCD camera and state of the art STEM (BF & DF) and EDXS systems. Also, a SEM (JSM-6490LV), cryo-microscopy hardware for TEM and SEM, and a dedicated sample preparation are provided.
