We are thrilled to announce that Prof. Luis M. Liz-Marzán, Ikerbasque Professor and group leader of the Bionanoplasmonics Laboratory at CIC biomaGUNE, has been selected as the inaugural recipient of the Dong Qin ACS Award in Nanochemistry, granted by the American Chemical Society (ACS). 

This newly established award recognizes creative and impactful research in the field of nanochemistry. The award was created in 2024, and Prof. Liz-Marzán will be formally honored at its first presentation during the ACS Spring National Meeting, in March 2026.
