This week, we presented our Psychological Well-being Plan 2026–2029 to the whole CIC biomaGUNE community.
The plan reinforces our commitment to creating a healthy, supportive and inclusive workplace, and is aligned with the Basque Government and Ikerbasque 2025–2028 strategy, as well as with CIC biomaGUNE’s Strategic Plan, HR Excellence and Equality & Diversity Plan.
The plan builds on the psychosocial risk assessment carried out in 2025 and a qualitative phase involving representatives from different professional groups across the Centre. It sets out a series of actions to promote psychological well-being and will guide our work in this area over the coming years.
The plan was presented to CIC biomaGUNE personnel on 29 September, with General Manager Anna Llanes outlining its main findings, priorities and implementation process.
